Reagents for turbidimetric measurement

The Endosafe® KTA LAL reagents are FDA-licensed and provide reproducible quantitative data on the endotoxin content of a test sample. CTA reagents can be used for both the gel-thrombus test and the kinetic turbidimetric test – method C. LAL reagents are pre-buffered, resistant to interference, and provide stable gel formation. Endosafe® KTA2 is a second-generation reagent developed exclusively for kinetic turbidimetric testing with faster reaction times and maximum sensitivity of up to 0.005 U/m.
