Modern system design
The Milli-Q® IQ 7000 system combines state-of-the-art water purification technologies, hydraulic design and software to efficiently produce purified water of type I with high reproducible quality.
Effective combination of water treatment technologies
The IPAK-Meta® and IPAK-Quanta® cartridges use a combination of Jetpore® ion exchange resins and innovative IQnano® ion exchange resins to ensure the resistivity value of purified water at 18.2 MOm·cm. The use of synthetic activated carbon in the IPAK-Quanta® cartridge also allows cleaning trace amounts of organic contaminants after oxidation with the participation of the built-in Milli-Q® IQ 7000 mercury-free UV lamp 185/254 ech2o®.
Simple and intuitive dosing process
By turning the metering flywheel, you can set the required water supply rate to 2 liters per minute. In the “assisted water distribution” mode, the specified volume is selected automatically, and the last milliliters are dosed drip to manually bring the required volume to the mark.
Online CBT measurement
TOC levels are measured online using a modern A10® monitor, which helps to ensure that there are no organic contaminants in the treated water.
Easy data management
The built-in data management system makes it much easier and faster to work with system data, which is displayed on the screen in the form of reports with a few clicks. All data received from Milli-Q® IQ 7000 is stored in the system’s memory, which eliminates the need to maintain paper documentation or separate documents for data storage.
Improving the efficiency of routine work
The graphical interface of the Q-POD® water withdrawal point provides intuitive control, just like when using a smartphone. There is no need to scroll through the user manual – all the information necessary for work is at hand in the form of step-by-step instructions.
