Modern highly effective methods of water purification
The initial stages of water purification occur using advanced reverse osmosis technology. Recirculation of treated water significantly reduces tap water consumption and extends the life of Progard® cartridges. Purified water passed through the reverse osmosis membrane is stored in a special tank to reduce the risk of re-contamination. To obtain ultrapure water, Milli-Q® Direct uses unique Jetpore® ion exchange resins, synthetic activated carbon and built-in UV lamps 185/254 nm to reduce TOC levels.
Easy-to-use water withdrawal points
The automatic dosing function from the ergonomic water sampling point, designed taking into account the height and shape of various laboratory utensils, greatly simplifies the process of taking purified water. The system allows you to select an arbitrary and specified volume of water, with low and high speed.
Easy access to information
The intuitive display makes it easy to get information about the quality parameters of purified water and generate reports on the operation of the system. The sensors continuously monitor the basic parameters of the system, ensuring that the system operates in accordance with specifications. The system of full monitoring of the cleaning process monitors the values of temperature, pressure and electrical conductivity at different stages of cleaning.
Ease of use
The system effectively uses the space in the laboratory, has a small base area, due to which it is possible to place the system on a table or wall.
Easy maintenance
The system issues a warning about the need to replace supplies at least 15 days before the date of service. Replacing the Progard® pre-cleaning cartridge or Q-Pak® cartridge takes no more than 5 minutes. The RF cartridge identification function prevents the installation of low-quality or pre-used consumables.
