Taking into account the test duration of one sample up to 15 minutes, the performance of the Endosafe® Nexgen MCS system is 20 samples per hour. It is possible to modularly install Nexgen MCS and control up to five systems using one EndoScan-V ™ software installed on a computer or laptop, allowing you to increase productivity up to 100 analyzes per hour. The easy-to-use software provides unlimited access to storing test results on a PC or network.
Endosafe® nexgen-MCS™ desktop endotoxin testing system:
- consists of five separate spectrophotometers embedded in one unit of the system;
- is controlled from a PC using endotoxin measurement software EndoScan-V™, which fully complies with the requirements of 21 CFR shares. 11;
- makes it possible to independently test different samples at the same or different times;
- provides automatic generation of comprehensive testing reports;
- complies with USP BET<85> and BET EP<2.6.14>.
The endotoxin testing procedure with the Endosafe® Nexgen MCS system includes only a few simple steps, including diluting the sample if necessary, entering data into the appropriate fields of the software, adding 25 μL of the sample to each of the four channels of the LAL cartridge. Each of the five slots of the system operates autonomously and independently of the others due to a separate incubator and spectrophotometer, which allows from 1 to 5 tests when required. The results will be available up to 15 minutes on the system screen for each individual test.
